The aim of this study is evaluation of the immediate loading of platform switching implants at single tooth missings in the esthetic zone of maksilla clinically, radiographically and photographically. Thirty three (23 female, 10 male) patients who had a single missing tooth on the maksillary anterior region were participated in this study. Immediate loading protocol with temporary abutments was applied to 18 of these patients without function. Two of these implants were lost because of early dental implant failure. Delayed loading protocol was applied to the entire 15 patients. Pocket depth, bleeding index, gingival index, plaque index and keratinezed gingival width were measured during the final loading session and after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months of loading. The periapical radiographes and photos of the patients were taken in the session of loading, after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months of loading. Marginal bone losses were measured on the radiographes. The photos were scored and evaluated with pink esthetic score by 2 different observers. As a result of one-year follow-up, succes rate is, %88,88 for immediate loading group and %100 for delayed loading group. There was not any statistically significant difference of marjinal bone resorption and pink aesthetic score values between both groups. It was seen that the pink aesthetic score values increased by the time for both of the groups. The probing depth shows statistical difference between the groups at first month and bleeding index has significant difference between the groups at third and sixth months. There was not any significant difference between the groups for other clinical parameters.According to the results of this study with the help of proper patient selection and good practices, there would be no significant clinical, radiographic and aesthetic difference between immediate loading and delayed loading protocols. Addition to these results it was shown that aesthetic score increased significantly by the time.Key words: platform switch, pink esthetic score, immediate loading.

Bu çalışmanın amacı üst çene estetik bölgede tek diş eksikliklerinde platform switch implantların hemen yüklenmesinin radyolojik klinik ve fotografik olarak değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmaya üst anterior bölgede tek diş eksikliği olan 33 (23 bayan, 10 erkek) hasta katılmıştır. Bu hastaların uygun primer stabiliteye sahip 18 tanesine geçici dayanaklarla fonksiyonsuz hemen yükleme protokolü uygulanmıştır. Bu implantlardan 2 tanesi erken başarısızlık sonucu kaybedilmiştir. 15 hastaya geç yükleme protokolü uygulanmıştır. Her iki hasta grubu da daimi yükleme seansında, 1. Ay 3. Ay 6.
