In the second section, there are 16 questions to assess the degree of participation in statements about consumer behavior before and after purchase on social media prepared using a 5-point likert scale. While evaluating the results, statistical programs such as SPSS 22 and Lisrel 9.1 were used. In the research, firstly, frequency analysis was applied to the questions in the survey and then the difference analysis was applied to the questions determined from the survey. After these steps, One way Anova test and Post Hoc test were used for independent samples. Alpha method (Cronbach Alpha Coefficient) was used for the reliability analysis of the questionnaire. Social media applications can be created in the results of the research that will cause students and people who prefer social media over 21-30 age groups to exhibit consumer behavior that will raise awareness for young people in the provision of Health Services. At the same time, it may be suggested that satisfaction/dissatisfaction rates rise above 80% to create social media environments that will take these into account and to create social media channels that will allow people to respond in person. Keywords: Social Media, Health Care, Consumer Behavior.
