In this study, I examine the relation between administrators and madrasa in the Turkey Seljuk State. The acceptance of Islam by Turks is an important turning point in terms of Turkish and World Political History. It is obvious that Islam has an important influence both in the life of thought and in the paradigmatic changes in political, economic and social structure.Unlike what exists in the West, what lies at the core of this paradigmatic change is the religion-custom-state triad that is united under the roof of `Islamic sultanate`. By referencing the information, documents and works that arrive up to today, the purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the problems that are the source of the historical realities like the effect of Islam on Turkish state tradition, the style of organization connected with the relation between administrators and madrasa in the Turkey Seljuk State and the sustainability of this relationship-based sovereign. In this examination, it is seen that the Turkey Seljuk State is a heir of the political and educational centers of the madrasas thrown by the Great Seljuk Vizier Nizamülmülk with a political and educational perception. It's understood that the rhetorics that built the political structure of the Turkey Seljuk State were shaped by the basic characters of Islam, the Sunnites, and the tradition of the Central Asian Turkish State; and these rhetorics are the truths that serve the government's legacy and the legitimacy. In the purpose of creating `the truth` of ideology and administrators, it is determined that madrasa, madrasa curriculum, madrasa teachers, science and religious sciences are the tools of administrators and that they establish the legitimacy of administrators over society. It is also seen that the scientific and philosophical approaches developed in the Turkey Seljuk's madrasas are by nomeans in contradiction to the Islamic religion. As a result, the importance of supporting education and science in the aim of a powerful state is put forward with the example of Turkey Seljuk State. It is not possible to evaluate a future and permanency of the state without considering an administrator-madrasa relationship.
