In this study teachers' attitudes towards technological pedagogical knowledge competencies and technological attitudes were examined in terms of epistemological beliefs and a relational survey model based on the general survey model was used. In the study ,firstly, the level of relationship between teachers' pedagogical field knowledge competencies and attitudes towards technology and epistemological belief was examined. And then, it was questioned whether the teachers' epistemological beliefs, technological pedagogical content knowledge and attitudes towards technology differed significantly according to sex, age, work experience, branch and education status.The study area is composed of teachers working in the schools affilicated to the Ministry of Education,in Kayseri province centre in 2016-2017 education year. The research sample consists of 352 teachers selected by simple random element sampling. A personal information form developed by researchers with closed-ended questions about the demographic characteristics of teachers was used to collect research data. Besides, the other data used in the research were collected by using three sub-dimensions ` Epistemological Belief Scale `, seven sub-dimensions `Attitude Scale Towards Technology ` and `TPACK Scale `. In order to determine the degree of relationship between the variables of the research in the analysis of the data , the Pearson Moments Multiplication Correlation Technique and to determine the level of procedure multiple linear regression technique was used. The level of significance in the study was taken as ,05.There is a positive correlation between the total scores of technological knowledge, field knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, pedagogical field knowledge, technological pedagogical knowledge, technological field knowledge and technological pedagogical field knowledge subscales and attitude towards technology according to the findings obtained in the research has been detected. It is concluded that there is a negative correlation between the pedagogical domain knowledge dimension and the attitude towards technology. On the other hand, it has been found that there is a negative correlation between technological knowledge, field knowledge and technological field knowledge and a negative correlation with technological attitude. It has been found that the most important predictors of technological attitude are belief that learning depends on the effort and that the learning depends on the skill, according to the findings obtained from the belief that the learning depends on the effort, the belief that it depends on the ability and the belief that there is a single truth.Keywords: Epistemological, Epistemological Belief, Attitude, Technological Attitude,Technological, Technological Pedagogical Field Knowledge, Pedagogical Field Knowledge.

Öğretmenlerin teknolojik pedagojik alan bilgisi yeterlikleri ve teknolojiye yönelik tutumlarının epistemolojik inanç açısından incelendiği bu çalışmada genel tarama modeline dayalı ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle öğretmenlerin pedagojik alan bilgisi yeterlikleri ve teknolojiye yönelik tutumları ile epistemolojik inanç düzeyleri arasındaki ilişki düzeyi incelenmiştir. Daha sonra ise öğretmenlerin epistemolojik inançları, teknolojik pedagojik alan bilgileri ve teknolojiye yönelik tutumlarının; cinsiyete, yaşa, kıdeme, branşa ve eğitim durumlarına göre anlamlı bir fark gösterip göstermediği sorgulanmıştır.Araştırmanın çalışma evrenini 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında Kayseri il merkezinde MEB'e bağlı okullarda çalışan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma örneklemi ise basit tesadüfi eleman örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 352 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerini toplamak amacıyla araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen ve öğretmenlerin demografik özelliklerine ilişkin kapalı uçlu sorular bulunan kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra araştırmada kullanılan diğer veriler üç alt boyutlu `Epistemolojik İnanç Ölçeği`, yedi alt boyutlu `Teknolojiye Yönelik tutum Ölçeği` ve `Teknolojik-Pedagojik alan bilgisi ölçeği` kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde araştırmanın değişkenleri arasındaki ilişki düzeyini belirlemek amacıyla pearson momentler çarpımı korelasyon tekniği ve yordama düzeyini tespit etmek amacıyla çoklu doğrusal regresyon tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada anlamlılık düzeyi ,05 olarak alınmıştır.Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre öğrenmenin çabaya bağlı olduğu inancı ile teknolojik bilgi, alan bilgisi, pedagojik bilgi, pedagojik alan bilgisi, teknolojik pedagojik bilgi, teknolojik alan bilgisi ve teknolojik pedagojik alan bilgisi alt boyutları ve teknolojiye yönelik tutum toplam puanları arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğrenmenin yeteneğe bağlı olduğu inancı ile ise sadece pedagojik alan bilgisi boyutu ve teknolojiye yönelik tutum arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu sonucu bulunmuştur. Diğer taraftan tek bir doğrunun var olduğu inancı ile teknolojik bilgi, alan bilgisi ve teknolojik alan bilgisi arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu aynı şekilde teknolojiye yönelik tutumla da negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğrenmenin çabaya bağlı olduğu inancı, öğrenmenin yeteneğe bağlı olduğu inancı ve tek bir doğrunun var olduğu inançlarının teknolojiye yönelik tutumu yordamasına ilişkin elde edilen bulgulara göre teknolojiye yönelik tutumun en önemli yordayıcılarınının öğrenmenin çabaya bağlı olduğu inancı ve öğrenmenin yeteneğe bağlı olduğu inancı oldukları tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Epistemoloji, Epistemolojik İnanç, Tutum, Teknolojik Tutum, Teknoloji, Teknolojik Pedagojik Alan Bilgisi, Pedagojik Alan Bilgisi,.
