As a result of efforts to characterize the societies through their basic dynamics, many different definitions of society have came up. Peter F. Drucker's definition of `Corporation Society`, one of these efforts,is now taking attention to the decisive aspect of social life.Today, corporationsare getting increased their influence in consequence of the tasks they undertake within both the state apparatus and the civil mechanisms, and people's lives are now beginning to shape around corporational dynamics.Meanwhile, in parallel with the growing importance of corporations in human life, the importance of human beings for corporation has increased.Every institution that wants to achieve their goals successfully must use the human element at high level. Therewithal, human beings are not machines, and there are emotional aspect of its behaviour. In order to take high performance from humans, emotional needs as well as physical needs must be satisfied. Organizational citizenship behavior, corporate social responsibility and motivation, which are related to the performance of human in the corporation, are the three phenomenons that deal with these physical and emotional needs in a integrative structure. In this study, the motivational role of the employee's perception of corporate social responsibility in the occurrence of organizational citizenship behavior was investigated. For this purpose, firstly, the definitions and their relations are examined in order to create a theoretical infrastructure for survey.Afterwards, with the survey, the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior, corporate social responsibility perception and motivation has been measured. The results of the questionnaire conducted by 392 participants were subjected to t-test, f-test, correlation, regression and hierarchical regression analyzes. Eventually, it has been found that the occurence of organizational citizenship behavior has a meaningful relationship with the employee's motivastion and perception of corporate social responsibility, and perception of corporate social responsibility plays a partial mediating role in this relationship.
