With each passing day with the increasing variety of products and competing firms to identify customer needs and expectations in today's market is of great importance. Manufacturing firms in these markets to sell their products to the customers the best products for their emotions and feelings have to produce. Kansei engineering, by identifying the emotions and feelings that user emotions and feelings involved in the design is a methodology used to.In this study; an approach was proposed to explore user senses about sink mixers and optimization of design levels for visual perceptions. In the first stage, users were asked to judge 16 different smartphone designs by using a semantic differential (SD) scale for 10 Kansei words about visual perceptions of users. According to the data obtained from the preference scores of users, the relationships between desing parameters and Kansei words were investigated by Categorical Regression Analyse. With the results, a new smartphone are designed for each Kansei words. In addition, all based on the average of responses to kansei words `General Preferences` score was created. Therelationships between `General Preferences` and design parameters were examined by Categorical Regression Analyse. According to this result, a new smartphone was designed. As a result, this study will provide a substantial advantage to the producer firms by which the user is accommodated at the center of product design and the user's requests are accepted as references to product realization.
