Different surfaces (wall, glass, wood, tiles, metal, fabric, etc.) on the pen, brush, spray paint and so on. It is important to determine whether handwritings subject to crime written by using materials reflect the characteristics of the person writing the handwriting. In the research, it was found that most of the handwriting written on the different surfaces sent to the Criminal Laboratories was written on the wall.In this study conducted to determine whether the handwriting written on the wall changes depending on the surface difference and whether the identity of the person can be determined; 30x30 cm (20) pieces of oil painted gypsum board, 30x30 cm (20) pieces of plastic painted gypsum board and 33x33 cm dimensions (20) of tiles used as a writing surface for writing wall surfaces and felt-tip pen (acetate). A total of 20 study groups were formed from different age, gender and education levels. In the handwriting examination, a sample text consisting of letters and numbers containing a lot of features was created and the sample text was printed on three different surfaces with lead, ballpoint and felt (acetate) pen. Sample text for comparison purposes was printed on paper. The handwritings on the wall surfaces subject to the examination and the comparative handwritings obtained in the presence of the subjects were examined and compared by 9 reviewers. According to the handwriting result scale, three positive decisions were made, namely that it was a hand product, that it was highly likely to be a hand product, and that it could be a hand product. Depending on the surface and writing tool differences in the scale of the results were evaluated.
