This study has been conducted in years 2016 and 2017 using mating disruption method against Lobesia botrana (Denis Et Schiffermüller) at 4 different vineyards; namely at two vineyards using Isonet-L dispensers and two control vineyards. The number of damages at 50 bunches at the mating disruption vineyard, which was the first trial area, in 2016 was 0 % at the 1st generation; 4% at the second generation and 4% at the 3rd generation. The number of damages at 50 bunches at the control vineyard was 0% at the 1st generation, 10% at the 2nd generation and 4% at the 3rd generation. The number of damages at 50 bunches at the mating disruption vineyard, which was the second trial area, was 0 % at the 1st generation; 4% at the second generation and 2 % at the 3rd generation. The number of damages at 50 bunches at the control vineyard was 0 % at the 1st generation, 10% at the 2nd generation and 6% at the 3rd generation. The number of damages at 50 bunches at the mating disruption vineyard, which was the first trial area, in 2017 was 2 % at the 1st generation; 4% at the second generation and 4% at the 3rd generation. The number of damages at 50 bunches at the control vineyard was 4% at the 1st generation, 10% at the 2nd generation and 6% at the 3rd generation. The number of damages at 50 bunches at the mating disruption vineyard, which was the second trial area, was 2 % at the 1st generation; 4% at the second generation and 3 % at the 3rd generation. The number of damages at 50 bunches at the control vineyard for the second trial area was 4% at the 1st generation, 10% at the 2nd generation and 8% at the 3rd generation. No insecticide usage was needed at the mating disruption vineyards in 2016 and 2017. The farmer applied insecticides at the first trial area of control vineyards for twice; and at the second trial area for once. It was determined during the study that mating disrupting technique can be used successfully for management of L. botrana.

2016-2017 yıllarında yürütülen bu çalışmada salkım güvesi Lobesia botrana (Denis Et Schiffermüller) ile mücadelede çiftleşmeyi engelleme yöntemi farklı bağ alanlarında iki çiftleşmeyi engelleme (ÇE) bağı İsonet-L ((E,Z)-7,9 dodecadienyl acetate 172 mg/yayıcı) yayıcıları kullanılarak ve iki kontrol bağ alanı (KA) olmak üzere 4 bağ alanında yürütülmüştür. 2016 yılında birinci deneme alanı ÇE bağında 50 salkımdaki vuruk sayıları 1. dölde % 0, 2. dölde % 4 ve 3. dölde % 4 olmuştur. KA bağında 50 salkımdaki vuruk sayıları 1. dölde %0, 2. dölde % 10 ve 3. dölde % 4 olmuştur. İkinci deneme alanı ÇE bağında 50 salkımdaki vuruk sayıları 1. dölde % 0, 2. dölde % 4, ve 3. dölde % 2 olmuştur. KA bağında 50 salkımdaki vuruk sayıları 1. dölde % 0, 2. dölde % 10, 3. dölde % 6 olmuştur. 2017 yılında birinci deneme alanı ÇE bağında 50 salkımdaki vuruk sayıları 1. dölde % 2, 2. dölde % 4 ve 3. dölde % 4 olmuştur. KA bağında 50 salkımdaki vuruk sayıları 1. dölde % 4, 2. dölde % 10 ve 3. dölde % 6 olmuştur. İkinci deneme alanı ÇE bağında 50 salkımdaki vuruk sayıları 1. dölde % 2, 2. dölde % 4 ve 3. dölde % 4 olmuştur. İkinci deneme alanı kontrol bağ alanında 50 salkımdaki vuruk sayıları 1. dölde % 4, 2. dölde % 10, 3. dölde % 8 olmuştur. 2016 ve 2017 yıllarında ÇE bağlarında insektisit uygulamasına ihtiyaç duyulmamaıştır. KA bağlarında birinci deneme alanına çiftçi 2 kez insektisit ilaçlaması, ikinci deneme alanına ise 1 kez insektisit uygulaması yapmıştır.Yürüttüğümüz çalışmada çiftleşmeyi engelleme tekniğinin L. botrana'ya karşı mücadelede başarılı bir şekilde kullanılabileceği kanısına varılmıştır.
