This research was conducted to determine the effects of land consolidation (LC) projects to agricultural mechanization management. In this study, LC projects of Aşlama, Çarıklı, Çayırlı and Karaatlı Village in the Misli Plain in Niğde was taken as material. According to the simple random sampling, 96 enterprises were selected and including the area, perimeter, length and width of the parcels, distances between the parcels and enterprises center were found by NetCAD programme before and after the LC. Eligibility of area road length (AYU), eligibility of area airline road length (KUYUU), Shape index (SI), Perimeter- area ratio (ÇAO), Fractal dimension (FD), fuel consumption, parcel processing time, loss of parcel return, loss of road time and loss of area from parcel boundaries were investigated. For the selected enterprises, the indexes indicate of the parcel shape, Fractal Dimension in Aşlama, Çarıklı, Çayırlı and Karaatlı have decreased from 1.37 to 1.33, from 1.38 to 1.35 in, from 1.37 to 1.34 in, from 1.38 to 1.34, respectively. Parcels have gained more suitable shapes for mechanization. This difference has statistically significant (P<0.05), there are no statistically significant difference in the SI and ÇAO averages (P>0.05). The losses of border area after LC have decreased by 38% on average. This rate has statistically significant (P<0.05). AYU and KUYUU values of selected enterprises have decreased by 43% and 37% on average, respectively, which means that these enterprises have gained a better operating suitability after consolidation. This difference has statistically significant (P<0.05). Due to reducing road lengths, the fuel consumption and the total production time has decreased by 50% and by 36% respectively. These differences have statistically significant (P<0.05). The average the return time losses at the end of the parcel in the selected enterprises and the time spent in transit to their parcels and the parcel processing time have decreased by 38%, 50% and 5% respectively. These differences have statistically significant (P<0.05). As a result of the correlation test, there is a strong correlation between AYU and KUYUU indicators. The correlation between SI, ÇAO and FD has also strong. A negative correlation is found between the return time losses at the end of the parcel and the shape indicators defining the shape of the parcels (P <0.01).

AT sonrası sınır alan kayıpları ortalama %38 azalmıştır.
