Özet

Trade -Union bureaucracy is a notion which is often argued in international literature. Also, it is insisted in Turkey in terms of structure and functioning of syndicates. In the related discussions, on the one hand syndicate bureaucracy is associated with the requirement of professional departments and systematic planning which stem from more hierarchical structure of manufacturing process, on the other hand is put forward due to its repercussions on the trade-union movements. This work tries to specify the bases of trade-union bureaucracy and discuss repercussions on the trade-union movements in Turkey by being related with the accumulation of capital, manufacturing process and actors of manufacturing process; and also by being considered the theories about the structure and functioning of syndicates. In this discussion, the intrinsic points of movement are the trade-union regulations which went in effect until 2013 and the notion of democracy inside trade-union.
