Glass mosaic, exterior and interior spaces architecturally rich, beautiful, tasteful look decorative and functional coating material used for the purpose. Since ancient times, the building materials industry with the development of the fields used in the widespread use of mosaics. Mosaics, residential, hotel, bath, cafe, restaurant, park, cinema and theater, and shopping centers, such as the floor and walls of the structures are widely used in interior and exterior facades. Mosaic tiles for use in terms of the depth of colors and has a great role to personalize a space.Glass mosaic tile workmanship most important factor in increasing the cost of production. Take the time to train skilled workers with a particular sector, there is a common finding qualified workers is not possible. For these reasons, craftsmanship learned that during the production costs are high, and increases the margin of error.Nowadays, flexible production systems, production systems becomes rapidly. Production processes using this technology to compete in the global economy, high quality and are carried out as soon as possible. Moreover, over time, changes to the system occurs in flexible manufacturing systems adapt themselves to the new production can be achieved by adding peripherals. In this study, carried out for thousands of years by human hand mosaic glass mosaics marshaling process has been developed for the flexible production system. Arranged in mosaic patterns for the two-axis counter (matrix) and the alignment system (operator) has been designed and manufactured. Information about the geometry of two-dimensional graphics software mosaic pattern bmp / jpeg format is. Matlab (Matrix Laboratory) is a software programming language developed by the color cartridges glass / ceramic mosaics mosaic pattern made in the positioning. Mach III G and M codes produced in software process are transferred to the device performs imposition. Keywords: Mosaic, flexible production, the matrix operator.
