In our thesis, we attracted attention to the followingsand considered those five subjects as the source ofresponsibility:Public relations is a large scope communicationactivity, the message included in communication causes achange in receivers, the positive approach towards publicrelations makes such a change positive/good; otherwisenegative/bad;Responsibility is essentially humane and individual;it is a necessity to pay attention to the following fivesubjects while constructing responsibility:1- Responsibility will also increase as the humanknowledge increases, it will decrease otherwise;2- Concentration of emotion ? empathy - andresponsibility are linearly proportional;3- Connection to public norms and making thesenorms internal are linearly proportional to feeling ofresponsibility;4- There is a direct relation between connection tonational values or awareness of becoming a nationand responsibility;5- Worldly and hereafter feelings of responsibilitywhich religion gives has a strong function as asupplementary element to social responsibility.Social responsibility which is considered as a socialdimension of responsibility can not be separated from theresponsibility of individual. Responsible individualsconstruct responsible structures whereas irresponsible onesconstruct irresponsible structures. Social responsibility is acommon responsibility which is undertaken by a socializedindividual alone or along with others. This responsibility israised on the basis of volunteerism and plays the role ofopen-ended identity, constituting an whole by being mixedwith knowledge/awareness, empathy, norm like-minded,common values and religion feeling open-endly. If we namethis integrity after ?social awareness?, then we can say thatthe rate of having such an awareness determines the level ofsocial responsibilities of individuals, institutions, companies, civil public organizations and states. Thisawareness covers our actions not only towards society butalso towards all of the existence and living areas, and?orders? us to act with feeling of responsibility towardseverything.
