The world is changing rapidly, and the most important reason for this is undoubtedly technology. The development and change in technology has been rapid in the last 300 years. Especially in the last 50 years, technological developments that have reached incredible speeds have been continuing throughout the history of mankind and have begun to benefit even more from science together with Renaissance. In the light of this science, the psychological well-being and the impact on productivity through long-term research due to the ergonomic change of employees through improvements with mechanization and the numerous studies in the past literature are investigating how ergonomic change affects the welfare and productivity of employees. In today's world, the attractive power of the country's macroeconomics is at the forefront of the sectors due to the added value created by the automotive industry and the employment it provides, as well as the close cooperation it has made with the sectors it supplies. The establishment of these facilities also brought about the situation defined as preventing the deterioration of the social, physical and mental health of the employees, whose job health and safety is the aim, in the business environment. Employees are exposed to risks in work environments. Some of these risks are those that are aggregated under the heading Physical Risk Factors. In this study, the physical risk factors to which workers are subjected in an automotive supplier industry facility which is continuing their activities in Mersin have been investigated. Measurements of the physical risk factors to which workers are exposed have been examined and the measures taken have been examined and the measures that can be taken have been presented as a suggestion to operate and the working environments have been tried to be secured.
