As it is known, M. Foucault accepts Torture, Punishment, Discipline and Prison as basic discourses within the framework of the genealogical project. We have applied the same discourses to our research and we have analyzed the Western Europe and South Caucasus region critically and comparatively. We've seen historically knowledge is the same thing as power. Knowledge couldn't exist without a more powerful force to explain its implications. In the classic period, we've seen the corporal punishments, then in the modern period non-corporal punishments as the technical part of Discipline and Punish, we considered these punishments were influential mechanisms in the hands of Power for keeping its strengths and hidden weaknesses. We've seen the main principles of the Socialist and Bourgeoisie revolutions, their cons and pros, in the modern period after the punitive economy of power disappeared how was developed new economy mechanisms of power when human sciences were appeared the corporal punishments were abolished, the new strict discipline and morals have transformed the agency of punishment from corporal to non-corporal, reforms in the criminal justice systems were actively started at the same time prison was born. We've discussed in details microphysics of power, and partially macrophysics of power, moreover we've found out power relations in the law, political, social and educational institutions, concretely how was produced power relations under the economy of punitive and a new economy mechanisms of power. Finally, we've drawn parallels, found out similarities, and differences in both research worlds.
