The subject of this study is crypto currency assets which is the biggest innovation of recent years technology. Crypto currency assets are followed closely by the whole world with high interest. While the market volume of crypto currencies has been increased rapidly over the last years, there is a great lack of legal regulations regarding it. When we examine the law of our country, we see that there are no regulations regarding crypto currencies. The rapid increase in the price of the crypto currencies causes people to turn to this instrument for investment purposes. On the other hand, crypto currency assets have become a great method to smuggle assets from their creditors or divorce spouses. The two most important features of crypto currency assets are that they are not connected to any centralized system, state or government and that the owners are confidential. By being confidential, all transactions can be monitored by everyone on the Blockchain network, in example, the data and time that the crypto asset is sent from which address to which address is all visible, but it is not known to whom these wallet addresses belongs to as it is only visible as a code.In this study we have examined in detail the problems created by the crypto currencies in the field of enforcement law and the possible solutions regarding it. In more in details, whether the foreclosure of crypto money is possible or not, if possible, how to carry out the foreclosure, how to preserve the foreclosure crypto money, the method of cash out the crypto money, the problems that might happen at the time of the foreclosure which will be caused by the inadequate law and technical infrastructure. Our study consists of two parts, the first part mainly deals with crypto currency, historical development, types, technological infrastructure and subjects as system reliability. In the second part, the crypto currency is examined within the legal aspect, especially with the point of view of enforcement law. The legal characterization of crypto currency was evaluated on probabilities and also other countries regulations have been examined. At the end of the examination, we concluded that, regardless of the legal characterization of crypto currency assets or not being legally defined yet, it could be confiscated. Although we have reached the conclusion that the legal characterization does not have any importance in terms of foreclosure, we also have reached the conclusion that the qualification is important in terms of how the foreclosure will be carried out, the validity of the crypto currency, the preservation of the crypto money, and the sales procedure. To finalize, we have completed the study with examples of forced seizure of crypto money in other countries.
