Özet

In this study, by determining the geophyt plants in and around Katran Mountain (Çanakkale-Bayramiç), the morphological and ecological features of their species have been studied. At the end, 13 families, 36 genus and 55 taxons have been identified. 7 of them are endemic to Turkey. 6 taxons determined in this study are the new record for the square of B1. Liliaceae (22) and Orchidaceae (11) families are those which have the most taxon and Crocus L. (4) and Muscari L. (4) are those which have the most species in the research area. The composition of the taxons found in the area are; 40 % bulb, 17.5 % tuber, 15 % corm and 27.5 % rhizome. In the study, the species has been morphologically identified by making biometric measurements of the plants. In the ecological part of the study, the physical and chemical features of the soil samples taken from the natural environment of the species have been identified. Besides, the danger categories and the types of the factors threatening the species have been underlined. The suggestions for the protection measures against for these threats have also been made.

Alanda tespit edilen taksonların % 40 'ı soğanlı, % 17.5 'i yumrulu, % 15 'i kormlu ve % 27.5 'i rizomludur.
