Consequence of that fact is the inevitable importance of this institution. One of the primary aspects of the difficulties is the long distant problem. Of long distance, comes to mind (the daily portable education) from country sides to centers. It is still possible to witness such issue even todays world. The solution for the above mentioned problem which gets worse in the winter conditions is immigration from rural areas to the populated city centers or towns.
