In this study six durum wheat genotypes crossed as 6x6 half diallel in 2014-2015 cropping year and 15 F1 individuals were obtained. The hybrid combinations were planted in 2015-2016 cropping year and the experiment is arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replications and some phenological (vegetative period (VP), grain filling period (GFP) and days to maturity (DM)) and agronomical (plant height (PH), grain number per spike (GNS), grain weight per spike (GWS), thousand kernel weight (TWK) and grain yield (GY)) traits were investigated. All the traits were found statisticaly different for the phenogical and agronomical traits and general combining ability (GCA) and special combining ability (SCA) were also found important excep TKW (P<0.01). GCA/SCA ratios of the traits excep TKW was bigger than 1, therefore it is concluded that the additive gene effect controlled the traits.According to the grain yield the average of parents was 402.28 kg/da, F1 hybrids was 541.75 kg/da, while the experiment average was 501.90 kg/da. The highest heterosis and heterobeltiosis values for GY were obtained from the hybrid combinations including Zenit cultivar, while the lowest values were obtained from the B27 combinations. The average heterosis and heterobelthiosis values of GY were 34.29 and 18.29%, respectively. The highest heterosis and heterobeltiosis values obtained from Cesare x Zenit and Ege-88 x Ecem hybrid combinations (83.88 ve 71.56%, respectively). The highest GCA value was obtaine from Cesare (66.643) cultivar for GY while, B27 (-114.945) was the lowest. The highest SCA value was obtained from Cesare x Zenit (274.033) hybrid combination, while B27 x Cesare hybrid combination was the lowest.
