The aim of this study is to invest gate the physical capacity of football referees who are referee in Muğla province and activity profile sand decision making skills during the match. A total of 10 football referee sparticipated in the study, five of which were local referee and 5 of were Professional referee in Muğla.The performance of there ferees who participated in the study were examined in 2 amateur football competitions based on difficulty. In order to measure the activity profiles of the referees, Playertek Gps vests were used and the matches were recorded with the camera and all decisions made by the referees in the match were evaluated as correct or incorrect by 3 experts determined according to the half-time.As a result of statistic al analysis, when the total distance, sprint distance and incorrect decision level scores of experienced and in experienced referees were compared, statistically significant difference was found in favor of experienced referees (p<0.05).A statistically significant difference was found between the 1st and 2nd half-time top speed and total sprint distance of the experienced group (p<0.05).Total sprint distance of 1.half-time was higher, while top speed was higher in 2nd half-time. There was nostatistically signifi cant difference between the activity profile and decision-making levels of inexperienced referees according to the half-time (p>0.05).According to Pearson Correlation test results; there was positiverelation ship between the number of incorrect decisions given by the experienced referees and the energy expenditure (r=.973, p=.005). There was found positive relationship between the energyand the total distance traveled (r=.986, p=.002) and between top speed and the maximum heart rate (r=.888, p=.044), while there were negative relationship between correct decision and the sprint distance (r=.-890, p=.043), and between incorrect decision and sprint distance (r=-,953, p=.012) in inexperienced referees (p<0.05).As a result; it was found that the experienced referees were more likely to have higher match performances than the inexperienced referees and that of incorrect decision-making scores were lower. It can be said that in experienced referees, incorrect decision making scores are related to energy consumption, while in inexperienced referees related to sprint distance.Key Words: Soccer Referee, Match Performance, Decision-Making, Video Analysis.
