The Construction Sector, which has been considered as one of the locomotive sectors of the economy in our country, continues to be accelerated by the fact that neither the urban transformation process nor the alternative economic models exist. Naturally, it is also the leader in an industry where there are serious accidents and consequences of accidents. It is known that occupational accident that occurred in the square came about due to `unsafe condition` and `unsafe behavior`. It is known that as much as 88% of the causality distribution is caused by `unsafe behavior`. A unsafe condition is when a person is in violation of the security they are exposed to because of the work equipment or personal protective equipment provided by the employer and by environmental factors, and the unsafe behavior is the danger that arises from the attitude and actions of the individual. It is thought that the `causal faults`, which are the main cause of the problem and which define the problem, are the `education` and `safety culture` and the proportion of the `behavioral mistakes`.In this study, an attempt was made to observe what kind of behavioral errors the employees showed and in which area these errors occurred. For this purpose, observations were made in different parts of the selected shrine in Istanbul. The universe is the construction sector and the sample is limited to a total of 200 employees. Examples of behavioral mistakes that employees made during the observation were supported by photographs and presented to the employees by questionnaire. The data and questionnaire results obtained from the findings are discussed in the discussion section by observing and evaluating the general working areas of the concepts of 'unsafe behavior' and 'behavioral mistakes'.Keywords: Unsafe Behavior, Unsafe Condition, Behavioral Mistake.
