ABSTRACTKÜSKÜ, Davut, ?The Qadar According To The Holy Qur?an?, Master?sThesis, Adviser: Prof. Dr. Şevki SAKA, 144 p.The qadar (destiny) is one of the most important topic for Müslims.Because, it is one of the main pillars of faith. It must be based upon the Holy Qur?anwhich is the main source of slâm, and the explenation of the Qur?an is the Sunnah ofprophet Muhammed (his actions and words). However, this main rule seems violatedby some scholars of Muslims in the subject of destiny. The most of the scholars whoadvocaced is this topic did not research the Holy Qur?an objectively and did notunderstand it?s totality. On the contrary, they tried to approve their political, socialact. thinkings to it. Thus, it?s produced opposite thinkings from the Holy Qur?an inthe subject of Destiny. The main reason of this work is opposition thinkings produced from versesof the Holy Qur?an, and it is put forward as if the verses strenthen the thinkings. Inthis work, we tried in the topic of destiny that the Holy Qur?an can not be soure toopposite thinkings and thinkings which are produced without looking at the hall ofQur?an, can not be depend on it.Our work has two parts. In the first part, has been given general informationabout destiny, and it is discussed under a separate title that the Holy Qur?an must beunderstood totaly, which is main character of it. In the second part, it is discussedunder some titles how destiny should be understood occording to the Holy Qur?an,and ways of misunderstandings of the topic. The titles are: ?The Meaning Of TheQadar In The Light Of The Verses?, ?The Eternal Knowledge Of Allah And Qadar?,The Relation Between Qadar And Allah?s And Man?s Will?, ?Allah Is The SourceOf Good And Evil?, Being In Right Path And In Heresy By Allah?, ?Allah Is TheDeterminater Of Times Of Death And Everything As Rızık?, ?On The Point OfQadar, Suplication And Tawakkul?.

ÖZETKÜSKÜ Davut, ?Kur'an'ın Kader Konusuna Bakışı?, Yüksek Lisans Tezi,Danışmanı: Prof. Dr. Şevki SAKA, 144 s.Kader konusu slâm dininin inanç esaslarından biri olması sebebiyleMüslümanlar için son derece önemlidir. Bukonuda tartışmalara taraf olanların büyük çoğunluğu, Kur'an-ı Kerim'i tarafsızolarak inceleyip kendi bütünlüğünü içerisinde anlamamış; bilakis siyasû, sosyal, vb.sebeplerle oluşmuş düşüncelerini ona onaylatma çabası içine girmiştir. BöyleceKur'an-ı Kerim'den kader konusunda birbiriyle çelişen düşünceler türetilmiştir.Kader konusunda öne sürülen birbirine zıt olan görüşlerin, bir kısımayetlerine müracaat ederek Kur'an-ı Kerim'e onaylatılmaya çalışılması ve ayetlerin(farklı yorumlarla) bu görüşlerin hepsini birden destekliyor gibi sunulmuş olması buçalışmamızın temel nedeni olmuştur. Çalışmamızda biz, Kur'an-ı Kerim'in birbirinezıt görüşlerin hepsine birden dayanak olamayacağı ve onun kendi bütünlüğü göz ardıedilerek üretilen herhangi bir düşüncenin ona mâl edilemeyeceği tezini kader konusuçerçevesinde ifade etmeye çalıştık.Çalışmamız iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kader konusundagenel bilgiler verilmiş ve Kur'an-ı Kerim'in en temel özelliklerinden biri olan, onunbütün olarak anlaşılması gereken bir kitap olduğu müstakil bir başlık altında elealınmıştır. kinci bölümde ise Kur'an'a göre kader konusunun nasıl anlaşılmasıgerektiği birkaç başlık altında incelenmiş ve konunun yanlış anlaşılmış yönlerinedikkat çekilmiştir. Bu başlıklar; ?Ayetler Işığında Kaderin Anlamı?, ?Allah'ın Ezelûlmi ve Kader?, ?Kaderin Küllû ve Cüz-û radeyle Münasebeti?, ?Allah'ın Hayır VeŞerrin Kaynağı Olması?, ?Allah'ın Hidayete Erdirmesi ve Dalâlette Bırakması?,?Allah'ın Ecel Ve Rızıkları Tayin Etmesi?, ?Kader Bağlamında Tevekkül ve Dua?şeklindedir.
