Özet

In this study, an increase in the national income of the countries are thought to contribute to demonstrate the importance of R & D expenditures, GDP is to test the relationship between R & D with. In this respect the period of study, the panel of 15 OECD member countries, from 1991 to 2010 using data from the commercial enterprises of industrial R & D expenditure to GDP countries, the causality between the short-and long-term was made analysis. The results obtained at the time of industrial commercial enterprises, GDP of countries have shown a positive influence. However, the same analysis of commercial enterprises and industrial R & D expenditure to GDP of countries in terms of causality is not a short-term increase in GDP in AR-GE spending in the short term, and therefore will not lead to a RISE understood On the other hand it has a positive R & D in relation to GDP in the long term.
