This study argues ?Women Policies? of Turkeys? political parties and within this context their statements which take place in printed media and the ideology which has a dominant role on determination of relations between social and political reality, formalisation of politics, diplomacy, political parties, statements and formation of the reality in minds with a critical approach. Individuals perceive political and social reality both from their own ideologic perspective and from the ideologic perspective of the society which they live in. Within the historical process, even it differs from one society to other, the concept of womanhood and manhood was formalised by social culture, tradition and ideologic instruments which was used by the dominant ideology. In this context, if we handle the policy as reconciliation, expression of needs or to be in power, it seems important to analysis the dominant ideology and its gender which formalise the potency, political parties, government and its institutions. Therefore the relationship of the dominant ideologic statement which formalise the social life and politics with potency, power and tenure is related to the diplomacy of the political parties and their statements. Because gender of the dominant statement which is based on the dominant ideology defines the treatment by formalising the politic ideology. Within this framework, feminist ideology argument which offers itself as a ruling theory have been used starting from the point of view of the following questions: ?How fair the political ideologies, political parties and party statements approach genders? requests and which genders? needs do they prioritise to make political statement?? Media as the ideologic instrument which is used to change and convert the reality in minds and to justify the dominant ideology, services the value judgments about womanhood and manhood in accordance with the general acceptance in society. In this context with critical rhetoric analysis, it is understood that in news text, political parties? Woman Policies and their statements are in contact with social dynamics, gender of the dominant ideology and the masculinity of potency relations.
