ÖZET Bu araştırmada Eylül 2000- Ağustos 2001 tarihleri arasında Sapanca Gölü'nde bulunan bentik faunanın kalitatif ve kantitatif mevsimsel değişimleri incelenmiştir. Bunun için Sapanca Gölü'nden 5 istasyon seçilmiş ve her istasyondan her ay Ekman çamur alma kabı ile l'er kez örnek alınmıştır. Ayrıca göl kıyısından da mollusk örnekleri toplanmıştır. Her örnek alımında göl dip suyu sıcaklığı, çözünmüş oksijeni, pH'sı, ölçülmüştür. Anahtar kelimeler: Sapanca, Bentik fauna, Mevsimsel değişim SUMMARY In this study, qualitative and quantitative seasonal changes of benthic fauna of Lake Sapanca were investigated monthly from September 2000 to August 2001. For this purpose 5 different stations were selected to take sediment with Ekman dredge once monthly. Furthermore, benthic samples belong to mollusca were collected from coast of lake. In each sampling, pH, dissolved oxygen, temparature were measured at the sampling sites. In the end of the study gruops of oligochaeta, ostracoda, chironomid, gastropoda, bivalvia were recorded in every sampling and their seasonal changes were investigated. On the bottom surface 2443/m2 animals were found and total 40 species were described. Composition of benthic organisms found in Lake Sapanca were similar to the organisms in other lakes of Marmara region. Key Words: Sapanca, Benthic fauna, Seasonal change. VI.
