In this thesis, is investigated the equivalency of brain fluid on brain tissue in relation to electromagnetic emissions of wireless devices, which are inevitable with today?s evolving wireless technology. Hereupon, temperature changes were examined with exposure to generated common dosage and frequency during the interaction. In our daily lives we never noticed how often and long-term use of our wireless devices or the increase in the diversity of signal strength. It?s described how various levels of electromagnetic waves produced by wireless devices effect the human body. These aforementioned waves heat human tissues and cause chemical changes. Even today, this is a subject discussed in scientific literature by researchers and scientists. In this study, a model was developed in order to determine the possible effects of heat, daily dosage of 2450 MHz frequency wireless devices, on the human brain. It?s also examined the effects of 900-1800 MHz. In this study, specific absorption rate (SAR), skin thickness and values of the electric field in the equivalent of fluid were calculated by measuring thermal changes created by electromagnetic exposure on the phantom model with the electric field by creating the equivalent of brain fluid. Frequency was found as an important factor; when three fundamental frequencies the same dosage, duration and volume were considered. Phantom volume of 900 and 1800 MHz frequency bands are affected through the skin to a certain extent depending on the exposure. However, exposure to 2450 MHz demonstrate the temperature increased expected in the liquid phantom. The most important result of this study as an example, can not be effective of an adult brain tissue exposure to 2450 MHz, which can occur to a degree increase in temperature in the human brain of a non-adult. These situations are called unprotected areas in the scientific literature. Children's skulls are in this category. So existing standards need to be separate for children. Keywords: Electromagnetic field, brain equivalent fluid, specific absorption rate.
