In accordance with İbn Sînâ, human being is a presence existed ofthe relation of two very different ores, known as soul and body. The relationbetween soul and body is an obligatory relation receiving its resource fromGod. In other words, when each body was created, a suitable soulconvenient to its character is also is created. There doesn't exist any bodywithout soul, and every body has also got a soul. So we can say thattransmigration of soul is unmeaningful.According to our philosopher, body getting separated in to its ownelements with death becomes soil. However soul is without death, immortal.Because, soul doesn't exist together with a body that is an object, body isnothing but only a tool for soul. In this way, in the philosophy of İbn Sînâ, theprinciple `Ore is the immortality of soul` becomes an input for all theestagologic problems.İbn Sînâ says that there is a tight relation between the position ofsoul with body and the position after leaving the body. In his opinion, the soulstaying continuously after the body's death, because of being a consideringore, it feels either enjoyment or sadness. Its feeling of enjoyment means itshappiness; its feeling sadness means it's unlucky. There isn't any othersituation for it, by means of these topics, happiness after the death or beingunlucky will belong not to body but to soul. Because soul after leaving thebody, as an individual, is conscious of its own existenceIt is seen that, İbn Sînâ has founded the understanding of life afterthe death as belonging only to the soul leaving the body outside. However,he, in his most important works, expresses that the life after death will occurfor both soul and body. So, we can say that İbn Sînâ, in spite of his differentapproaches, agrees that the living after death will happen for both soul andbody.
