In this study, it is aimed to present the viewpoints of today's people on technological developments in the future and whether they are ready for these developments. Furthermore, to what extent people could harmonize the T-human model and whether they are prepared for the instant changes in the future are the problems of the study. Since no similar study has encountered in the current literature, it is believed that this study will contribute to the literature a lot. The population of the study comprised all people operating in Turkey. Sample of the study included 893 participants selected randomly from various work positions. As data collection instruments, Demographic Information Form and T-Human Scale were used. Data collected from the participants were transferred to the data set established through use of SPSS 24. Prior to the statistical analyses, reliability analysis of the scale was firstly run. In result part, frequency table representing the demographic characteristics of the participants was given. Also, explanatory factor analysis of the instrument was carried out and sub-scales were determined. The results were explained in the appropriate tables.
