In our research, seeds of 10 different grape varieties, which are very well known in our country, and include both Besni, Banazı Karası, Müşküle, Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, Mezrone, Ağın Beyazı and Köhnü, and the world-famous Cardinal and Red Glode grapes with good adaptation to our region were used.Seeds of the mentioned varieties were divided into two main groups as folding and unfolded seeds. 2 different hormones (estrogen and testosterone) were applied to the seeds divided into two main groups as folded and unfolded. For each group of hormones, including control group, 5 different doses (0.0 g / l, 0.5 g / l, 1.0 g / l, 1.5 g / l and 2.0 g / l) were prepared and 30 doses were used for each administration dose. The differences between the averages of the folded and unfolded seed numbers were found to be statistically significant due to diversity. The highest average of fold was 8,60 pieces; the highest average for unfolding was detected as 6,97 pieces.Differences between the mean values of folded and unfolded seed pieces were found to be statistically significant with regard to the dose application, the average of the number of folded seeds and the number of unfolded seeds were found to be 5,97 and 4,77 in the control group and 7,95 and 6,88 and in the application of 0.5 doses, it was found to be maximum. The conscious use of hormones that can be effective even at very low doses used in plant production is extremely important as it directs quality production and achieves successful results. However, studies on the external application of sex hormones to plants are still not sufficiently. The positive effects of the use of sex hormones on agricultural production, in particular in terms of yield and quality increase, should be investigated and its usability should be ensured in practice.
