Özet:

Verbs, which have a very important function in language by expressing judgment and action, have a tense meaning by themselves without taking any affix or complement. The property that gives this tense meaning is called actionality. Actionality, as defined by most researchers, is the internal tense of a verb. This internal tense can change temporarily in various ways repetition, modal affixes, etc.. However, every verb has a type of actionality in terms of its lexical meaning. There are three types of construction: Finitransformative, Non-transformative, and initiotransformative, taking into account features such as event and duration. Ali Şir Nevâyîs work Muhâkemetül-Lugateyn, in which he compares Persian and Turkish, has been analyzed in many ways in language studies. The one hundred verbs that Nevâyî suddenly lists after the introduction of his work form the basis of some of the comparisons he makes in his work. These verbs are worth analyzing in terms of actionality. The verbs listed by Nevâyî are mostly non-transformative verbs. Based on the examples given by al-Nawāyī, it can be said that verbs in poems are mostly included in the list. Although he does not give examples from poems for all the verbs he lists, we can conclude that other verbs may have been taken from poems.
