Özet:

Globalisation, as a fact that we have been experiencing its influences for a long time and most probably will continue to experience these influences for a long while, is understood as a process that the liberal principles becomes prevalent in the political, social and economical areas on a worldwide scale. While the ones who don’t believe to liberal principles criticize and take a position against the globalisation, the other side that believes to them praises and supports this process. But if we deal more closely with the influences of globalisation on our lives, we can easily see that it is not a rational and objective attitude to criticize or praise this process in its entirety. Indeed we should consider this fact in all its bearings, i.e., analyse what it is, what brings to and takes from our daily lives, what effects it can bring out in the future, etc. In this context there are some tasks for philosophy: for example, to analyse the process to expose its inner structure, to prepare conceptual frames for the new situations, to derive new ethical principles for the new situations in the light of these conceptual frames, to make contributions to the processes like legislation and designation of new establishments. Thus philosophy could make contribution to the globalisation process to make it acquire a philosophical aspect.Aim of this paper is to expose the process of globalisation in the light of its influences on our lives.
