Özet:

The reality of war is one of the most tragic and destructive events in world history, affecting all of humanity, societies and individuals. This reality is reflected in all branches of art that depict human beings as well as its effects on human beings in the first place. Literature, which is one of the branches of fine arts and focuses primarily on human beings, deals with war and the destruction and suffering it brings with all its sub-branches such as poetry, theater, stories, novels and memoirs in the clearest way. As a sub-branch of literature, the novel, which is a wide projection of real life in the imaginary world, is a genre that has always dealt with the subject of war more and more deeply than other literary genres. The author conveys all these real-life phenomena and the messages he wants to convey to his readers through the psychological worlds and psychologies of the characters by using narrative techniques such as internal analysis, internal dialogue, monologue, dialogue and stream of consciousness. The Turkish-Russian War of 1878, popularly known as the 93 War, the Turkish-Greek War of 1897, the Balkan Wars and World War I are among the wars that the Turkish nation has painfully experienced in the last two centuries. Among these wars, which constitute the material of our study, especially the Turkish-Russian War of 1878 and the Balkan Wars caused great pain and destruction. Although more than a century has passed, the sociological and psychological consequences of these wars have not been erased from the memory of our nation. In this study, the reflection of war and migration on the psychological worlds, feelings and thoughts of the characters in six novels that deal with the three aforementioned wars or two of them as themes will be examined comparatively and their similarities and differences will be shown.
