Özet:

Cultural diplomacy is an approach that gained popularity with the prominence of govermental and non-govermental actors in promotion of countries. Digital nomads, who are among the actors of cultural diplomacy and who we can express as intellectual workers can also share their cultural cultural, political, economic, etc. structure about the countries they travel to with their followers. It is possible to say that this study has two main aims. The first aim is to bring a different perspective to the digital nomad literature that has started to come to the fore in Türkiye in the last few years. The second aim of the study is to evaluate the posts of travel vloggers, who share their experiences in Türkiye with their followers and who were identified through affinity sampling, in the context of cultural diplomacy. From the perspective of the digital nomad, a general evaluation of the content of Türkiye posts attraction elements, negative aspects, etc., prominent follower comments, and a general evaluation of their content according to digital storytelling approach proposed Lambert and Dana Atcheys was conducted out using the descriptive method. The study is important in terms of revealing the impressions of Türkiye from the perspective of digital nomads and contributing to the cultural diplomacy literature. According to the research findings, historical and religious elements and gastronomy have come to the fore as important means of attraction that arouse admiration in digital nomads. In addition, it was also determined that digital nomads made informative statements against the prejudiced comments of some followers about Türkiye and made suggestions such as cultural ambassador in order to promote touristic destinations.
