Özet:

The issue of the distinction between prophetic behavior and its levels is both extremely important and dangerous. It is extremely important and far-reaching because it is a tool for understanding the Prophets words and deeds; on the other hand, it is dangerous and far-reaching because it is being used as a gateway for dealing with the Sunnah inappropriately in order to empty the Sunnah of many of its provisions and make much of it concerned with behavior far removed from its position of conveying the message. Does the Prophet himself recognize that everything he said or did was permanent and continuous legislation? Did the Companions understand this? Does the distinction entail the existence of things that are and are not legislation, or does the distinction entail nothing? The nature of this research required an introduction, a preface, three discussions, and a conclusion. The introduction mentions the importance of the topic, previous studies, the problem, its significance and content. The preface defines research terms and explains their content. The first chapter deals with all kinds of legislative behavior. The second chapter deals with non-legislative behavior by referring to facts and behaviors from the words and deeds of the Prophet and the words and deeds of the Companions. The third section discusses the purposes of distinguishing between prophetic behavior and addresses six purposes. The conclusion is then summarized with recommendations. The novelty of this research is twofold: The presentation of the issue based on the actions of the Prophet and the Companions, and the rigor in specifying the purposes of this distinction, which we have not come across a study that clarifies it as this article does.

İlk bölüm her türlü yasama davranışını ele almaktadır.
