Özet:

In order to accept a narrators narration, hadith scholars conditioned that he be precise in what he narrates, and they were interested in knowing the degrees of narrators in precision, so they distinguished their ranks in this regard with special terms that show their ranks. So they used terms that indicate the highest levels of precision, such as hujja, sabt, sıka and other terms. They used other terms that indicate the levels of poor narrating, such as saying: sadûq, daeef, seyul-hifz, made many mistakes, confused in narrating, and many other terms. Despite their explanation of the highest levels of accuracy of the narrators, they mentioned mistakes and errors committed by the trustworthy and eminent narrators These mistakes do not have the effect of weakening them or lowering their ranks in comparison to the large number of authentic narratives that they narrated. Critics and scholars have explained this because of its importance when narrators differ in the weighting between their narrations This research sheds light on the errors of Waki ibn al-Jarrah that were mentioned in the book Al-Ilal by Ibn Abî Hâtim. Comparing this with the evaluation of scholars of ilal and explaining their agreement or disagreement with that. It aims to reach important results, including verifying the attribution of mistakes to Waki, clarifying the critics agreement on that and their differences, and searching for other methods for narrations and their effect on weighting narrations.
