Özet:

This article mainly highlightes the the military and political situation in the Azerbaijan SSR during 1920-1922 based on Russian State Military Archive documents. The documents show that the political and military situation in the republic was very tense for a long time after the occupation of April 28,1920. The ruthless and repressive methods of the military communism policy and even the implementation of harsh punitive measures after the switching to a new economic policy, by abstaining from this policy, aroused legitimate dissatisfaction among the masses. The residents united around individuals and fought an armed struggle against the new regime. Although the Soviet government suppressed the uprisings since the forces was were extremely unequal, but still the resistance of individual groups continued for some time.

Məqalədə Rusiya Dövlət Hərb Arxivindən toplanmış sənədlər əsasında 1920-1922-ci illərdə Azərbaycan SSR-də hərbi-siyasi durum tədqiq olunmuşdur. Sənədlər göstərir ki, 1920-ci il 28 aprel işğalından sonra uzun müddət respublikada hərbi-siyasi durum çox gərgin olmuşdur. Hərbi kommunizm siyasətinin amansız və repressiv metodları, hətta bu siyasətdən imtina olunub yeni iqtisadi siyasətə keçildikdən sonra da sərt cəza tədbirlərinin tətbiqi geniş kütlələr arasında haqlı narazılıq doğurur, sakinlər ayrı-ayrı şəxslərin ətrafında birləşərək yeni rejimə qarşı silahlı mübarizə aparırdılar. Qüvvələr nisbəti hədsiz qeyri-bərabər olduğundan sovet hakimiyyəti üsyanları əsasən yatırsa da hələ bir müddət ayrı-ayrı dəstələrin müqaviməti davam etmişdir.
