Özet:

This study aims to identify the mobbing behaviors experienced by white-collar female employees, the organizational conditions in which they occur, the characteristics of the perpetrators, and the effects experienced by the victims as a result of mobbing incidents. Additionally, the study seeks to describe the perceptions and beliefs of female employees who have been subjected to mobbing, examining whether there is any connection between their gender and the mobbing incidents they have encountered. Adopting a qualitative research design, data was collected from 15 white-collar female employees who had experienced mobbing using semi-structured interviews and snowball sampling method. The collected data was analyzed using content analysis. The findings revealed three distinct themes: Factors Related to Mobbing Experience, Effects of Mobbing on Victims, and Victims Perceptions of Mobbing. Categories and codes were identified based on these themes. This study sheds light on the complexities of mobbing experiences in the workplace and provides valuable insights for organizations and individuals to address and mitigate mobbing behaviors.
