Özet:

The study aims to examine the impact of the average per capita national income of countries participating in the PISA 2022 assessment on their mathematics literacy, reading skills, and science literacy scores. The study investigates the extent to which economic factors influence educational success. This study was conducted using a quantitative research method based on a correlational design. The national income and PISA 2022 data of 81 countries included in the PISA 2022 assessment were subjected to regression analysis. The annual per capita incomes of the countries were obtained from World Bank data, while the PISA 2022 scores were taken from the Ministry of National Education data. As a result of the regression analysis conducted with the collected data, it was found that the annual per capita incomes of the countries had a positive effect on the PISA 2022 scores.
