Özet:

This research aims to evaluate the adaptation of Syrian foreigners in Turkey to the national economy, specifically in Diyarbakır province. In the methodological part of the study, data obtained from 402 participants reached through a survey were evaluated using the SPSS program. Determining the adaptation of the Syrian population to the national economy is important for predicting possible problems in the future and taking appropriate measures. In addition, the need to effectively follow the implemented policies was emphasized. As a result of the study, it was stated that a large portion of Syrian foreigners are either forced to work unregistered or are not officially employed in any job. While this fact reveals that unregistered activities are widespread in the labor market, it also emphasizes that regulations in this area are essential.
