Özet:

The aim of this study is to examine the concept of digital transformative leadership and to adapt the corresponding scale into Turkish. For this purpose, the psychometric properties of the six-item Digital Transformational Leadership Scale developed by Ly 1 were evaluated. A quantitative research method was employed in this study. Survey data were collected from two independent samples from the healthcare sector -Study 1 N 204 and Study 2 N 201- using a simple random sampling method. The data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. As a result of the analyses conducted in Study 1, it was determined that the single-factor structure met the criteria for KMO 0.903 and Bartletts test of sphericity p 0.000, and that the Cronbachs Alpha value was 0.934. The findings obtained from Study 2 showed that the single-factor structure of the scale met the reference criteria based on the fit indices: CMINDF 2.176, SRMR 0.010, CFI 0.993, IFI 0.994, TLI 0.989, and RMSEA 0.075. In addition, the AVE value 0.845, Cronbachs Alpha value 0.970, and CR value 0.970 met the recommended threshold values. Based on these findings, it was concluded that the scale is reliable and valid. This study addressed the concept of digital transformative leadership, which has gained attention in the international literature but remains underexplored in the national context. The findings demonstrate that the scale is culturally appropriate for the Turkish context and can be reliably used in academic studies conducted in Türkiye. It is recommended that future research focus on examining the antecedents and outcomes of this leadership style.
