Özet:

Cultural heritage reveals an immanent appearance to the collective consciousness beyond the structures in which cultural assets take shape. While this situation provides an explanation for the concept of cultural heritage in an intellectual dimension, it highlights the protection and sustainability of cultural assets on a concrete level. Since pro-active struggle concerns public responsibility, it becomes possible by determining the parameters for the protection of cultural heritage. At the same time, it gains a de facto meaning with the determination of the responsibility to be applied. The aim of this study is to explore the dynamics for the protection of cultural heritage and to model the possible relationship between them. In this effort, which was developed based on an eclectic understanding, there is a search for discovering the individual, social and culturally prominent variables for the protection of cultural heritage. It is aimed to solve the problem determined in the research through field data. In this framework, the results obtained from descriptive and correlational statistics were considered in the construction process of the methodology of the study. Secondary data were analyzed by choosing a relational research design with the macro data procedure. In the model created to determine the impact and change areas of actions that cause damage to cultural assets, the status of permitted treasure studies and the importance of excavation and surface surveys were discovered. To protect the cultural heritage, it is important to focus on measures that are reinforced by social awareness and consciousness, as well as the traditional measures that are currently in practice.
