Özet:

In the science of rhetoric, the element that makes up the kalam is isnad. Isnad is a literal invisible link that connects the basic elements of a sentence. In the other words, isnad is the basic element that provides the formation of kalam by connecting its two pillars, the musnad ilayhi and musnad. The musnad is the judgment itself, and the musnad is the one on whom the judgment is made. The element that corresponds to the addict in the noun sentence and perpetrator in the verb sentence is musnad ilayh. Again, the element that corresponds to the habar in the noun sentence and the verb in the verb sentence is musnad. The only way to understand attiribution is to comprehend the state of musnad and musnad ilayh. Ebû Yakûb es-Sekkâkî ö.6261229 dealt with fourteen forms of musnad ilayh and musnad in his work. In this article, four situations of musnad and musnad ilayh are discussed because due to the restirictions of space in this paper. While these are the pleasure of the musnad, the mentioning of musnad, the presentation and the postponement of the musnad, while the musnad is also the pleasure, the mention, the presentations and the postponement of the musnad. The importance of these four states of musnad and musnad ilayhin in terms of forming the isnad is the main subject of this article. This impotance has been demonstrated by a comparison to be made from Sekkâkîs works in particular and other classical works in general. Because these four states of musnad and musnad ilayh constitute the basis of their other states.
