Özet:

In this research, it was aimed to determine the
managerial problems faced by sports federation provincial representatives. The
federation provincial representatives of 4 team sports (Football, Basketball,
Volleyball, Handball) and 4 individual sports (bicycle, scouting, wrestling,
tennis) who worked in Turkey / Sakarya province and Turkey / Bartın province
participated in the study using qualitative research method. A semi-structured
interview form, which is the data collection tool of the research in the
conceptual framework, was established. A voice recorder was used to prevent
data loss during negotiations. The data were analyzed using descriptive
analysis and content analysis. The conclusions revealed that physical working
environments (office, stationery materials, technological materials, etc.)
coordination with provincial and district sports directorates is inadequate,
lack of coach and referee courses. According to findings, it may be considered
that the provincial representatives can improve their business productivity by
eliminating their managerial problems.
