Özet:

The Prophet Muhammad was sent by God as a servant and Messenger, presented in the Quran as a role model and the best example for humanity, free from extraordinary attributes. However, the human tendency for excessive glorification has occasionally extended to the Prophet, continuing after his death and being directed toward others. In Sufi traditions, this inclination has often led to the frequent exaltation of the Prophet and, by extension, exaggerated narratives about individuals regarded as wali saints. This study explores how this glorification persists today, focusing on examples within the Naqshī-Halidī sects, where similar reverence is extended to walis. There are many copyrighted works and video recordings especially in the Naqshbandi-Khalidiyya which some of them the subject of our examination, as they reflect the understanding of prophethood and sainthood Using a literature review method, the research examines the discourses and works of this tradition, analyzing how their understanding of prophethood influences their conception of walihood.

Hz.
