Özet:

Most accident investigation follow a research technique called the scientific method. Facts are gathered and analyzed. Hypothesis are then developed to explain these facts. Each hypothesis is tested against the facts and finally, the most probable explanation of the accident is selected. Any one of a number of problem - solving techniques based on this investigative approach may be used. An investigation is not complete, however, until a final report is submitted. Responsible officials can then use the resulting information on recommendations to prevent future accidents.
