Özet:

Effective and efficient management of the relationship between members of supply chains that aim to create value for customers and meet customer demands and needs in the most effective, efficient and economical way and other service providers that provide support to these members is of great importance in increasing supply chain performance. To achieve this, supply chain processes must be executed successfully. Based on this, this study aims to determine the relationships between supply chain processes and the importance levels of these processes in increasing supply chain performance. For this purpose, as a result of the opinions received from the experts, the supply chain processes were compared pairwise and the analysis was carried out with the fuzzy DEMATEL method. According to the results of the analysis, the process with the highest relationship and importance level with other supply chain processes was determined as the demand management process. The process with the lowest relationship and importance level among these processes was the returns management process.
