Özet:

In recent years, environmental protection and sustainability practices have become a critical issue for businesses. For this reason, both businesses and researchers have started to investigate to what extent human resource management practices can contribute to environmental protection and sustainable organizational strategies. As a result, green human resource management, which is used to encourage employees to adopt environmentally friendly attitudes and behaviors, has emerged. In this study, in order to determine the current status of green human resources management and to create a bibliography for future studies on the subject, the publication year, journals, number of citations, keywords used, countries and institutions where the articles in the social sciences field index were examined. For this purpose; the keyword Green Human Resource Management was searched in the Social Sciences Citation Index SSCI using the Web of Science database. Analyses were conducted on 135 articles in the field of business and management.

Bu amaçla; Web of Science veri tabanı kullanılarak Sosyal Bilimler Atıf Dizininde SSCI Green Human Resource Management anahtar kelimesi taranmıştır. İşletme ve yönetim alanında yer alan 135 makale üzerinden analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir.
