Özet:

The term is a natural or artificial language unit with a special terminological meaning that can be expressed in both verbal form and formalized form. This is a word associated with a particular unit of the logical and conceptual system that is related in a meaningful way. These Language units quite accurately and fully reflect the important signs of the relevant concept at this level of science development. The terms have a descriptive indicator that allows separating them from other units of the language and distributing them to specific groups..Modern journalistic speech, which best applies itself in the pages of newspapers, is the first written source reflecting common linguistic trends based on the various political, economic and social processes that influence the psychology of the masses. The language of policy differs by both lexical diversity and the use of means of expression, making it possible to describe changes in language at all levels. So language emerges as a structural element of scientific knowledge. The more "scientific" science is, the greater its weight in the structure of language. Language enters science with terminology first and foremost. Other elements of the language cannot be compared to it. A.A.Reformatski points out, the terms reflect socially organized validity, so the terms have a socially binding character.
