Özet:

While green spaces and parks, which are urban land use forms, meet the recreation needs of people, local political decisions affect the allocation of space, project design, areal size, and accessibility. The aim of the study is to examine the accessibility of active green areas in the city of Bursa in terms of political ecology. In order to examine the access levels of active green areas within walking distance 500 m, service networks were determined between the transportation networks and active green areas by using the Network Analyst tool in the ArcGIS 10.8 program. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was access to active green areas in 29 neighborhoods 212.807 people, 89 quarters half neighborhoods 1.031.332 people, 83 partial neighborhoods 687.666 people, and 69 no-access neighborhoods 151.666 people. The information obtained showed that there are spatial differences in access to green areas in Bursa city.

Kentsel arazi kullanım biçimlerinden olan yeşil alan ve parklar, insanların rekreasyon ihtiyacını karşılarken bu alanların yer tahsisi, projelendirilmesi, alansal büyüklüğü ve erişilebilir olması üzerinde yerel politik kararlar etkilidir. Bu bağlamda Bursa şehrinde hali hazırda bulunan aktif yeşil alanların erişilebilirlik düzeylerini politik ekoloji açısından incelemek çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Aktif yeşil alanların yürüme mesafesinde 500 m erişim düzeylerini incelemek için ArcGIS 10.8 programında Network Analyst aracı kullanılarak mevcut ulaşım ağları ile aktif yeşil alanlar arasında servis ağları belirlenmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda 29 mahalle tam 212.807 kişi, 89 mahalle yarı 1.031.332 kişi, 83 mahalle kısmi 687.666 kişi ve 69 mahallede 151.666 kişi aktif yeşil alanlara erişimin olmadığı bilgisine erişilmiştir. Elde edilen bilgiler, Bursa şehrinde yeşil alanlara erişimde mekânsal farklılıkların olduğunu göstermiştir.
