Since the essence of HRM, as a phenomenon, will be tried to be understood, the phenomenological design has been preferred in the study. Qualitative content analysis was conducted on the collected data by applying the sampling semi-structured interview technique. Data visualization of the obtained findings was provided with MAXQDA2020. In the results of working, In the eyes of HRmanagers, it has been determined that HRM has similarities with theoretical explanations. Still, it has gained a different dimension in general.
