Özet:

The use of scarce resources has been an important problem from the past to the present. The effective use of resources, which is decreasing day by day, is more and more important. For this reason, recovery processes are becoming a more discussed issue within the scope of reverse logistics activities. The aim of the research is to optimize the recovery processes after natural disasters that are closely related to people. In the current research, a system proposal has been made by examining and analyzing the reverse logistics activities of KIZILAY. The proposal in question was interpreted by experts in the field of logistics. 15 logistics experts participated in the research. In the present study, the analysis was carried out with the semi-structured in-depth interview technique, which is a qualitative analysis method. The recommendation of the Mobile Tent Cleaning Maintenance and Repair Tool and the Tent Recovery Team was seen positively by the experts. In addition, opinions were expressed that such a concept could be applied in the recovery of other non-consumable materials and in different institutions. It has been agreed that the Tent Cleaning Maintenance and Repair Tool can be further expanded by working on it in detail and recycling different materials.
